Since 2003, HealthSouth has completed a board transition plan and recruited a new executive management team. Our new, independent Board of Directors has diversified and deep expertise in such varied fields as management, finance, healthcare, corporate governance and marketing - all areas critical to our future. The Board has taken an active role in providing advice to our management team and is integral to the new culture of transparency and accountability.
